By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally to keep things clear and fair.

Our Products & Fit

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible — from colours to sizing.

Screens can vary, so slight colour differences may happen.

Our bra fitting services (online or in-person) are designed to guide and educate, but fit can still vary based on comfort, preference, and body shape.

Prices & Payments

All prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time.

Orders are confirmed once you respond to our whatsapp confirmation message/text/phone call.

Orders & Availability

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed.

If something goes out of stock or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reach out and make alternative arrangements (refund or replacement where applicable).

Returns & Exchanges

Because lingerie is intimate:

All bras and underwear are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

If there’s a genuine issue (like a manufacturing defect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll help where possible.
