What is a sister size?
Sizes that hold the same cup volume on a different band. If your calculated size feels slightly off, your sister size up or down is the first thing to try.
How often should I re-measure?
Every 6–12 months, or after any weight change, pregnancy, or if your current bra starts misbehaving. Your size isn't fixed — 8 in 10 women are wearing the wrong one right now.
My measurement is between sizes — what do I pick?
Start with the snugger band: a band stretches with wear, and the band does 80% of the support. Then use the fit signs above to fine-tune the cup.
